Returns & Exchanges

At CASA DIO SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding, assembly tools, and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
